I am so grateful to your mom for raising such an amazing son. You are by far the best husband and daddy ever.

God is just what we need

I was in California recently at CCEA and Bob made the comment "We need to get our eyes on Jesus and ourselves at his feet" it seemed so simple and a no brainer but why don't I always do that? He also talked about how deeply God feels our pain. Then the tough question "Why do we make our problems bigger than what they are and God smaller than who he is?" WOW! that was a painful one for me I don't mean to do that but it hit me in the heart and I realized how much I do do that. My prayer for myself is to get my eyes on Jesus, myself at his feet, never minimize how big he is and to listen more and speak less. God I am so sorry the simple things I have know my whole life I so easily forget. Thank you Lord for the gentle reminders.
